Refund and Returns Policy
At Zoraya Home Collection, every project is handled with exceptional care and attention to detail. Many of our products are handcrafted, made to order, or specially sourced for each client. Please review our policy before placing your order.
Custom Furniture & Custom Upholstery
Each custom piece is individually handcrafted in our own in-house workroom or carefully sourced through our trusted vendor partners, making every order unique and produced specifically for you.
All custom furniture, custom upholstery, banquettes, headboards, wall panels, custom cushions, pillows, and made-to-order pieces are final sale.
Because these items are manufactured specifically for each client, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once production has begun.
Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving all specifications, dimensions, fabrics, finishes, and drawings before production starts.
In-Stock Merchandise
Eligible in-stock accessories and décor items may be returned within 7 days of purchase.
Items must be:
- Unused
- In their original condition
- In their original packaging
- Accompanied by the original receipt
Shipping, delivery, and special-order fees are non-refundable.
Special Orders
Furniture, lighting, rugs, artwork, home décor, and products specially ordered from our vendors are considered special orders and are final sale.
These items cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged once the order has been placed with the manufacturer.
Damaged or Defective Merchandise
Please inspect all merchandise upon delivery.
Any visible damage must be noted at the time of delivery and reported to us within 48 hours.
If a product arrives damaged due to manufacturing defects or shipping, we will work directly with the manufacturer to repair or replace the item when applicable.
Delivery
Once merchandise has been delivered and accepted, responsibility transfers to the purchaser.
Please ensure someone is available to inspect the merchandise at the time of delivery.
Additional delivery attempts or storage fees may apply if delivery cannot be completed as scheduled.
Order Cancellations
Custom and special orders cannot be canceled once production or ordering has begun.
If a cancellation is approved before production starts, any design fees, administrative fees, or material costs already incurred will be deducted from any applicable refund.
Natural Materials
Many of our products feature natural wood, stone, leather, fabric, and handcrafted finishes.
Variations in color, grain, texture, veining, distressing, and finish are natural characteristics and are not considered defects.
